Has it ever happened with you that you are in middle of your presentation and you realize that you forgot some files on your Desktop? All your senior officials are there in the meeting and you are in an embarrassing situation. What will you do? Would you tell them that you were so careless that you couldn’t even copy the files necessary for presentation? Let’s think about one more scenario. You are traveling and suddenly get a call from your client that he needs some urgent documents and updates. What will you do? We all know what could be the result of saying “NO” to client or giving them excuses.

What would you do in such a situation? What solution you could think of? You need to access your work machine on the fly. But how?? Well, we have a solution now. Most of you carry a smart phone these days and after Android Buzz in market, most smart phones use android platform. You have a smart phone so use it smartly. Use your phone to its full potential with some smart applications. Today I will write about one such application which will help you in all above mentioned situations. Wyse PocketCloud RDP/VNC to access your laptop/PC anywhere from your android phone.

It’s simple, it’s easy and its quick packed with usability features like The Touch Pointer, keyboard auto-activation and custom keyboards with convenient shortcuts. You no longer need to carry a laptop to make an important presentation, grab a forgotten report, help your client to give some important information, or edit and email that spreadsheet. You can do all that on the fly. To get it working, you need to install both the Android application and a client on the computer you want to connect. But once you have everything installed and connected, it’s a very fast process to connect and get what you need from your computer. The only caveat is that the computer you’re connecting to must be on to work – this isn’t cloud storage, just accessing a computer remotely.

I have personally used the app and simply loved it. You can start with a free version of it and if you find useful you can upgrade to its Pro version with full features. It will cost you a little high (Rs.684.44) but it’s simply worthy. So what are you waiting for? Grab your pocket cloud now.
